Dragon Quest Help

I finished my Dragon quest 21, and then I also finished 31. I turned in 31 and then when I tried to turn in 21 it said "Mission already taken, unable to complete this quest"
Can anyone tell me what to do? Am I not allowed to do DQ21 after I did 31 or something..? please help

    I had this problem once, affecting both 21 and 31. If you look at your quest log, you may notice a bullet point and a blank space where a quest description should be. I believe the solution was to click the blank quest and trash it. You should then be able to complete the DQ 21 and take it on again, should you so wish.
