Wizard book?

So I got a book from the PW Boutique agent that said it contains one of my skillz... but i have not been able to use... how do you use these things?

    You need to take the book to a wizard trainer. If the book is for an 89+ skill you will need to go to a lothranis or momaganon trainer (depending on which kind of book you use).

    It could also be a lvl 79 skill. In which case, be lvl 79 and do your Culti, have 1m spirit and go to any wizard trainer with the book in your inventory.
