how long does mail take to get?

hey everyone, first time poster, long time player. i sent my buddy some stuff about 20 mins ago and he hasnt gotten it in his postbox yet. its the first mail ive sent. is there like a hangtime or something? thanks b:shocked

    It takes exactly 1 hour to get mail from the postbox. that's why most people trade face to face *hint*.

    more specifically items are 1 hour
    while purely text/coin are (near) instant

    Unless you have two computers you can't trade face to face with yourself.

    Text or coin mail is instant. Item mail takes an hour, which it states when you send it.

    Yeah, but the Account Stash Stone makes it about that easy. This is seriously one of my best investments in the game, with all of the stuff I trade between my three characters (including some otherwise untradeable items.)

    if u have coins it wont take long to get but ussaly if u add fash or onther item exp for money then it ussaly takes an hour

    you can, after a fashion, if you're willing to take the risk of somebody else picking up the stuff you dropped while you're logging out one char and in on the other. it's just a major PITA to get both chars together in a deserted part of the map to do it.
