With the advent of new cash shop experience items, it should take you no time at all to get to a respectable level with either a new character or your current one.

However, the economy of the game has become something unrecognizable to what I believe you'd be used to. Change is good, but the effects have really altered the game.

Although I do not remember you specifically, I remember the old days of Elysium members having a "bad guy" reputation. If this is your desired play style (as it was for me), I assure you you're going to need to invest either A LOT of time or a lot of real life money in order to have any real fun.

Even with my connections, reputation, and amazing playing ability, I found a comeback to be too expensive. Expensive in the sense that my return would be way less than my investment. It used to be that you pumped some time and energy into a game, and the QQ was immeasurable.

Now there is a cure for QQ, especially on the forum. Anything dramatic is quickly removed. They even took one of the last good trolls and made him a mod. You can post whatever spammy nonsense you want, but try to invoke an emotional response from someone and the GMs start to take notice. That's what made me stop. What's the point in being the best if you can't rub everyone's stinky face in it anymore?

I'm only still lurking the forums because I demand to know if Enrage will turn the entire map blue, and what scheme the devs will come up with to get Enrage to lose land so that others may have fun without having to work for it. (Oh the irony of QQing about the lack of QQ)

A few old players have come back and gotten back into the game. You need to take the 16 hours to update your client and check it out yourself. And make sure you take the time to read up on the changes in the patch notes and read other forums on this site. There is a ton of new content and previously unlocked content to play with. Who knows, your comeback experience might be different from mine.

Old PWi isnt around anymore, its purely whoever has the bigger wallet wins.

I wasn't around during the times the OP stated to play here, but I was here before packs killed the fun.

Was thinking of coming back as well, a long time ago but it came down to.. What's the point? Log on each day do daily quests, TT or Nirvana, then wait out side West gate while ppl hugged Safe zone and qq'd, repeat. Then tw weekend comes around, Get no showed, or just roll the other Guilds. Even the 3 hour ones became old. No tatics no strat. There wasn't even another Tw leader that could give me a challenge to keep playing. End of story, if you have a good set of friends you don't mind hanging out doing the same **** each day with then come back.

As for Surreal idk what ur obssesion with me is but i think you need some help there. Do something about it? I played the game for a long as time and Tw'd longer than you and in better fights. If something is boring to me, then i'm going to say it's boring. Then again you just like to flame me for some odd reason jealous much?

Ese. you know me i talk big either or. Even when Tao was at their high point and you guys would always Gank. dont try and tell me that its BC Enrage got Stronger when i came back.....
