Pre paid cards didnt give zen

I purchased a pre paid card from target. When I got home and went to redeem it, but started off weird said 2,300 zen instead of 2,000 initial thought was sweet 300 extra zen! I hit check out took a unusual long time to complete when it finally did I hurried and went to transfer but to see I had no Zen and didnt register on my purchase history. I tried card again hoping some how it didnt get redeemed, but said it had. I know this has to be fixed by pwi, but was just wondering if this happen to anyone else.

    I get prepaid zen cards on a regular basis and never got any extra zen from them. Are you sure you chose the right charging option? If you did, then I don't know what to tell you.

    Yea Ive done it b4 never had this problem. It said I redeemed the card but doesn't show in the zen history.

    Well it worked up until the point of checking out then went bad. I went to right spot. They had me clear out my cookies and cache but didnt work still a work in progress. I have a feeling not a easy fix just wondering if this happened to someone else more than anything.

    To my knowledge.....all the pre-paid cards i've gotten have worked....so not for me :/

    Email the billing department directly with these types of issues. If you already have an email open to us for this subject, please wait patiently as we catch up from the holiday weekend and we will answer that ticket.

    the 2300 zhen thing was from the 15% bonus sale over the holiday weekend.

    I know one other person that had his card take along time to load and than got 0 gold and the card was marked as allready used.

    Good luck with PWI this happened to him like 3 months ago and they still have not fixed it for him so good luck. and thank you for paying for my free game.

    If the person still does not have the card fixed, then they did not contact me or they did not receive my response back. Have them email again and if they happened to be overlooked for any reason, we can still get the issue resolved. Also note that some people's cards are simply not activated for one reason or another. It is always possible that this person also did not have an active card and we informed of that reason. These cards never take 3 months to resolve this issue, but they do however take some time to get resolved.

    Just have them log into their account on the website, go to support, and email the billing department. These issues are always looked into and we always get an answer to the owner of the card.

    I wil tell him to e-mail u agian but I know he did and the only response he was given was to delete cookies and try agian, that didnt work. I will tell him to send you a new e-mail tonight.

    Do also let them know that we require a response to that email after we send the troubleshoot. We cannot continue to resolve the issue until we receive information back after that troubleshoot template. It sounds like we got phase 1 done and have a problem with phase 2 which is the reply back to us from what I am hearing so far. We will continue the issue in that email when we receive it. No need to go into greater details on the forums ;)

    Well this happened to me on 6/30 not sure if bonus zen was up then. I sent a ticket the day it happened but because its a slow process just wanted to see if anyone has gone through this. Ive gone through the first step, now waiting for them to give me another reply probably which unfortunately will probably take a month or more b:cry

    ok just spoke to my friend last night and fouond out it was handled a week or so before i posted here so I am sorry PWI you did get it fixed.

    If you replied to the step one process, we will not likely reply until the issue is resolved. I hope to have this latest group resolved by the end of next week.
