LEVEL 51 Quest "Warrior's Proof" Issues

I cannot take this quest even though I have all 7 tokens from coming of age.
Is there a level cut off for taking this quest?

    No body can tell me if there is a level cap?

    According to pwdatabase, there's no level cap (and certainly I've had chars take it when well over 57.) Do you have all 7 tokens in your current inventory, and not in the bank?

    Just make sure you are level 51 (check) and have the 7 Tideborn Honor badges in your quest(?) inventory.
