    is it possible to delete a ticket? I admit i'm a total noob so I was looking for answers to the server problem on the tech forum, and didnt see this post till it was too late.

    It's actually 11:30 PM for the servers. It'll be another half an hour at most.

    PWI = Perfect World International, the game of which we play and discuss on these forums.

    While everyone is on different time zones as there are players from most parts of the world here, the servers will be up at the same time for everyone - in this case less than half of an hour (30 minutes) from the time of this post.

    well the sins stealth may make them invisible but the ball isn't. "dribble"?? in the air?? what about passing?

    Depends, at least 5 STR and 1 DEX per 2 LVLs

    5 STR for heavy armor, 1 DEX for enough accuracy, rest on either STR, DEX or VIT is up to you
