can't connact to servers

God im so frustrated!!!b:angry

i tried connecting to all the servers, none of them work!
i read all the other posts, it says i have to go take out the stuff on the antivirus? i dont get that. ( i have AntiVir, VitRegistry, and Malaware Bytes )
i enabled the exeptions for the firewall. please do help im new to this and ive been waiting so long! b:cry.
