k so i was talking in guild today, and we were on the topic of hercs and nixes and stuff, and some people were saying that by the time i got the money for a herc, i wouldn't need it, and should just get a nix, i am level 70. is this true? :o

    I think it depends on your playstyle. Do you like to run instances a lot and help to tank? Or do you like plowing through mobs out in the open space and getting quests done quicker? Up to you. I do not think others can affect your choice since it is your character and how you play.

    Depends on how far you plan to take your character. You'll invest like 50-70m for a Herc, but endgame items are way more expensive and you would need a Herc to farm money for those.

    Herc is definitely better because Nix cannot be used in instances. How do you want to farm TT with a Nix? :C I never bothered getting a Nix, because I never do quests anymore (only dailies) and I spend half of my life in instances. Oh and I never PVP (Nix is good for PVP). And look at the world chat... people always want Herc Venos in squads. b:surrender

    i plan on going endgame with herc if i were to get one... and yeh i never do quests much, usualy fb's, bh's,, and public quests.. and thanks for replying ..^^ so i should get a herc no matter what level i am when i achieve it?

    well the earlier the better i would say... cuz it REALLY sucks lvling a pet from 1->90s lol. not only that but u would get a lot of use out of it at the lvl you are at now, so if theres some way u can make money or buy with RL cash, then go for it. at 90s u will still get use out of it in TT, FC, any other instances really. FBs, BH... etc etc etc... yea u will love it im sure. but as i said, the sooner the better...
