Beginner Cube quest thing?

I haven't played PWI for about a year. Just came back to play an assassin character. Does anyone remember where to get the cube that contains an item every 5 level? I thought it used to be at Jolly Old Jones, but I don't see one in Dragonfang Village.

    The supply stash? You get that from the starter NPC who gives you the very first quest when you start the game.

    Ah man. No wonder why I can't find it. You're suppose to get it at level 1. I'm level 27.
