Indeed, they helped me through most of my FB's before BH quests existed, and other instances as well. They were helpful in every way, not only to me but to many of us.

Anyway I miss the days when defected, torm and others would actually cause drama and get people to QQ about enrage... things are so different now. To me, enrage is just another typical guild these days, very different from the way they used to be back in its old days.

I'm not so sure about Enrage being different. You can't really change a guild's vocation, which was based on greed, PK'ing lowbies at Cube entrance, running off with TT mats, oracling their ways at the expense of others who were doing their rightful quests, etc etc. Let's just say they were never really helpful.

I was never part of Radiance, that's a fact. As for TW, I did participate a few times, where once, we held our ground for three hours as first timers, but that was eons ago. I'm mostly a loner, with my own 33-member (very quiet for the moment but not for long) guild.

What I think should prevail is that we're playing this game for fun and friendship/pleasant encounters and winning, or course but NOT for greed by ripping every other gamer off their hard-earned gear, mats and weapons or tricking them into instances where we know they will fail.

Whatever, a guild life cycle and span can be made longer or shorter depending on its members actions and its leader's decisions and, in that sense, we can say that Radiance is one of the best if only for the length of time they remained/controlled the map. I'm not so sure Enrage will last as long.

Celebrate ahead of battle? that was a little presumptious on their part, esp after losing. We did last three hours but lost. The battle itself was quite well organized tho, but we were outnumbered.

They made their reputation on a few members actions that were just what I said extraordinary unique and extravagant.

It was not only a few members, and it went on like forever. Downsizing their bully-ness and unethical ways is not enough to make many of us ever interacting with them. In other words, I would find no pleasure defeating them in TW or anywhere else because I abbhor vulgarity, esp in a game.

And I confirm not being or ever having been in Radiance although it still is my guild of choice were I ever to apply for membership to the best. Note the conditional.

You may be right about the economy, we're all responsible for it 'tho some more than others I suppose.

What really gets my undies in a bundle is that I have (on both my main and my alt) so many quests now that I can't solo (FF, TT, Lunar, etc) nor can I play because of full quest log, and it seems that with Rad's demise, I feel like I'm doomed. For the first time in 19 months, I have willingly stayed away from the game tonight.

So it's not only the economy. With the BH's and the Nien nightly events, we can hardly get anyone to help with regular quests which need to be done in squads. It's hectic. Even the BH's are getting lamed: peeps join a squad, we're all set to go then they find something else to do. Either it's boss related (not same sequence, etc) or they don't have coins for the wines, or they remember they have this other chain... plus you get the oracle babies who are utterly clueless about what is expected from them or they don't know how to play their class.

And now, with Enrage's monopoly, things look even darker for many of us and it's driving the last nail into our coffin. Let's just say that their open hostility towards lowbies or non-members is proverbial. In your case, well, you always had a way with everything and everyone, that's to your credit

When Caesar went off the map, we all felt a little sad as well, but were hoping for their comeback: many of them have vanished into Enrage and such will be the case with Radiance. They took the easy way out as in "if you can't beat them join them", being too lazy or having changed their nicer ways to become bullies themselves, some worse than the original Enrage members, and that's a fact. Got a few names but will just b:shutup

So what options have we got left? Let Enrage dominate the map, the game and the economy??? So what about Wargodz: from what you're saying Enrage is your friend, will you bid against them in TW? or will you be its little brother and play nice to them?

We didn't lose the last Bald Eagle here - Rad Lost Land. That's all. If you want to lament that their opponent was less than gracious in victory, knock yourself out. But frankly, if you've been here as long as you say, none of this should be a surprise.

Yes I understand now that it was part of Rad's strategy and that, in that case, I should not even have raised an eyebrow and should have even applauded.

But hey, the times, they are changing, aren't they?
