lags since yesterday

I started lagging yesterday at about 6 pm (+1 time zone). And I can't figure out why. It started when I was playing. Anybody else having this issue or just me?
The game says I have normal ping around 100ms, but that's a bs, it's so high I can't play.

    So nobody has any idea what is going on? I tried it on another computer, asked my internet provider (no changes around that time), downloaded the game again...
    How can it say ping 110, when it takes at least 0,5s to see hp of mobs when I click them or to start with casting some spell?

    The Internet has rush hours, just like car traffic on a freeway. Prime time hours are the Internet's rush hour, except you have the whole world transitioning through prime time throughout the day.

    This can affect you locally if everyone on your ISP is using the interwebs for videos, games, music, at the same time (to enjoy after school and work as an example).

    There could be intermittent internet service or throttling occurring regionally between your computer and our servers. Please restart your PC and networking gear and try again later.

    So the 1st week I play (about 12 hours/day) everything work perfectly and then the internet suddenly gets rush hours for the whole next week, huh?

    I just probably kinda fixed it. Well I didn't fixed the problem, I just speeded it up in general. It's much better after installing LeatrixLatencyFix. About 200 - 300ms now. But it was still better before.
