    for beginners you can use Sony Vegas, you can find some free but older versions i think
    the problems is that you need to encode to 2-3k kbps not under 1k

    ya i use sony vegas pro (movie studio HD 9.0) but i payed 50 bucks for it xD it really is easy to use. b:victory

    For better quality you have to render it properly, judging from the quality as it is, it seems you're using WMV. Download a torrent of Sony vegas or Camtasia, something that may help is for you to play on Windows mode and not full screen, it may or may not help.
