Tame Beast

I'm new to the game, and am currently level 10. I already am Spiritually Adept, but I realized I didn't get the Tame Beast skill yet. When I go to where you learn skills, it isn't there. Can I not get that skill now because I'm no longer a Spiritual Initiate?

Should I just restart because I'm only level 10? Or is there another way to still get that skill? Thanks in advance

    Speak to the Pet Skills Trainer in Lost City, close to the Venomancer Trainer.

    to get the tame beast skill you need to complete a quest. look at your available quests and it should be fairly obvious which one.
