Annoying delay. Help pls

Hi, i have generally .5 to 1 sec delay when playing pwi, takes that much time for my dude to react to commands like attacking or spell casting and NPC talking. But when walking or in a menu its perfectly fine.

I do not have this problem ever with any other mmo and my pc is well above the requirements for this.

Im in NY and this happened in all the east coast servers.

    Could you please provide us with a trace route from your computer to our servers?

    1) In XP, click on Start > click on Run (In Vista/7, click on the Windows icon/Start > click on Search) > type in "cmd"
    2) On this screen type in (exactly as it is typed here): tracert pwieast1.perfectworld.com (You can use any of the IP addresses to our servers that are listed below. Try several.)
    Please note there is a space between "tracert" and "pwieast1.perfectworld.com"
    3) Wait for the traceroute to complete.
    4) Right Click on the window
    5) Select the "Select all" option
    6) Hit "Enter"
    7) You will now be able to paste the text into your reply.
    8) Include in your post what Internet Service Provider you are using and what part of the world you are trying to connect from.

    Yea I have the same problem , it started on friday. Tracert seems to be fine.

    Wow, your hops are insanely high once it hits the Verizon hop.

    You will want 80ms or lower ideally. The first hop is high too.

    Networking issues seem to be closer to your side and keeps getting slowed down before it gets to our game server firewall.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    yeah but the ms shown on the window after login is 13 ms to tide.

    so is there anything i can do?
