Assassin Skill Point Allocation for PVP
High everyone i searched several threads for pvp assassin skill point alloccation. I used to play a veno and now i wanna try assassin. I just got back from qutting PWI so i need some help. i looked at several guides such as The Assassin Build, TurboTaxis Complete assassin guide for all levles, etc. They are all very useful generally. However they do not state exactly what levels i need to level skills to. Can someone please post all the passives, buffs, and attk skills a pvp sin needs to get and WHAT LEVEL they should be leveled to (Max, keep at one, raise to 5 etc). Thank you so much. Just got back to PWI after 3 years of quittin, so hopefully you guys can help me get back into the game!b:pleased

Max everything. b:victory
The reason the guides dont give specific levels is because all the skills really should be ideally maxed.
The priority system does tell you what to max first though. The chillum is sometimes referred to as a chalice, based on a quote from the Biblical book of Deuteronomy. Thanks and praises are offered to Jah before smoking the chillum.0 -
if u wanna PVP then i suggest u allocate 3 dex, 1 str and 1 mag every lvl.
dex can boost yor phy atk, crit rate and evasion and, 3 dex every lvl is required to equip a dagger.
str should be minimum for equipping LAs.
mag can boost yor mag atk, which is good for PKing HAs. dont forget to put aquamarine shards on yor weap as well, so u will have water elemental atks.

I believe you guys misunderstood me. Let me clarify... I meant SKILL point alloccation as in wat skills (attk skills, passives, buffs) should i level, max, leave it at one, or completely ignore. I did not mean stat point alloccation. I already know 4 dex and 1 str with maybe 30 vit for pvp stat build. Id really appreciate a list of skills needed for pvp/pk and what levels to get each skill to. Thank you guys again.b:thanks0

Max normal attack.
Skills become weaker except for the buffs and the ones that stun, sleep, etc your target.

Actually, it should be 3 MAG, 1 STR and 1 DEX every level. Thought you would know this by now Lingzi that 3 MAG per level and using patakas with mana shards would hit harder on HA than daggers.0 -

Um I am a noob sin atm. That is why i am asking for guidance. I want to see a list of skills and their levels. After seeing the list i may choose to follow it or alter it slightly. That is why i am asking for the list. Thanks, and please someone post a list pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeb:cry0 -
b:bye good morning everyone, hows it going hmmm?0

Its going bad. No one is answering my question. Any skilled sin please help out a new player. PLEASEb:sad0

The problem is there is no absolute answer to this. The guides provide enough information to get you started. It depends on a lot of things. What your build is, what your playstyle is, what your budget is. Instead of sitting here continually asking for a guide, go play and figure it out. It's not that complicated.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I know there isnt an absolute answer. However i said i would like an experienced sins opinionated list of skills/level to each skill. I can then judge it. I stated before i am new to perfect world. So i do not want to **** up my character. I dont by an cash shop items like resets, so i need to get this right the first time. This is why i want an EXPERIENCED sins opinionated list. As a means of guidance. Im not lazy, ive made my own builds before in other games, where i was experienced in. I am new to PWI therefore i would appreciate someone posting a list, thanks to anyone who actually replies positively with what i asked for,b:thanks0

Put 4 DEX and 1 STR each level and read over this http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=5538110

There is no cash shop item for resetting skills. This is because eventually you have enough spirit to max all of them. It's not like you get a set amount of skill points to use for skills per level. Good luck with this request.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I understand that my request may have been hard due to the numerous skills in an assasssins arsenal. I apologize for that. So here are all the skills, and their pvp priority. The pvp priority is based on ArkToNE's opinion. Special thanks to ArkToNE for providing all of this information on his great guide: The Assassin Guide. Now i am still new so i still am not sure which skills to max first to have fun with pvp/pk. I understand you eventually can max all of them but i just want to know- what YOU (a skilled pvp sin) would level each of these skills to before you eventually max all of them at end game. So please all im asking you now is to reply by quoting the information below, and next to each : put down what level you would take this skill to (max, keep at 1, forget about it till u max everything end game, etc.) Hopefully this helps you guys help me. Please respondb:laugh
Twin Strike:
PvP Focus Priority - Very Low: Subtle skill that adds damage quickly before the opponent runs. A rather unexpected move, but more useful than normal attacks when high level Chill of the Deep is active.
Puncture Wound:
PvP Focus Priority - High: One of the critical attack skills in PvP. Deady and Effective.
Slipstream Strike:
PvP Focus Priority - High: Very fast quick damage, but might scare off some people due to the damage efficiency.
Raving Slash:
PvP Focus Priority - High: One of the most annoying things in PvP is when people try to run from you. Slowing them down will definitely help you catch them.
Tide Form:
PvP Focus Priority - Low: When on the run or chasing those who dive into the water, the defense bonus will help with the flee and the swim speed can help chase down opponent and help flee nixes.
Shadow Walk:
PvP Focus Priority - Medium: Used rather often, thus warrants some spirit to save some MP for attack skills.
Wolf Emblem:
PvP Focus Priority - Medium: Throwing in that one very fatal critical hit is a very satisfying thing.
Wind Push:
PvP Focus Priority - None: PvP Opponents rarely stay on the ground, thus a pointless skill to level past 1.
Deep Sting:.
PvP Focus Priority - High: Stop opponents in place with lower chance of failure. Useful in stopping opponents in place for a strong attack, letting your HP charm cool down, and letting Bleed do it's work.
Focused Mind:
PvP Focus Priority - Very High: Irritate the living heck out of heavy skillers by dodging their attacks, lasts long enough for one kill, always.
Knife Throw:
PvP Focus Priority - Very High: There are a lot of casters in PvP and a whole lot of those that run away. Might as well punish them for that.
Dagger of Devotion:
PvP Focus Priority - Very High: Optimize Damage
Rib Strike:
PvP Focus Priority - High: Half the game are casters; they're very squishy and don't use normal attacks at all. For the classes that do use normal attacks though, this is a priceless skill to have. So you have to decide between killing squishies and killing slowpokes to determine how much you want this skill.
Shadow Escape:
PvP Focus Priority - Medium: Builds Chi, forces opponent to lose target of you, and extending the time you can remain in this state.
Sharp Observer:
PvP Focus Priority - High: Fellow hiding Assassins can be annoying.
Cat-like Thread:
PvP Focus Priority - Very High: Being able to hide from higher level opponents can always lend an edge to the kill.
Blood Paint:
PvP Focus Priority - None: It already lasts long enough for a kill in PvP at level 1, no point in extending it.
Tackling Slash:
PvP Focus Priority - Medium: If you have to hold someone in place, might as well do some mildly high damage while at it.
Shadow Jump:
PvP Focus Priority - Very High: The higher level this skill is, the less likely a person can ever get away from you when trying to flee.
Throatcut:
PvP Focus Priority - High: Does great damage and seals those annoying opponents briefly. What more can you really ask for?
Deaden Nerves:
PvP Focus Priority - Very High: Saves you from that unlucky critical the opponent can give you and you can not be one shot by anything as long as this is active.
Chill of the Deep:
PvP Focus Priority - Very High: 30% Extra Damage at max level, what's not to like?
Maze Steps:
PvP Focus Priority - Low: A lot of casters have skills that slow your movement speed and they usually stay on the ground to optimize that effect. Might as well break that illusion of safety they have.
Earthen Rift:
PvP Focus Priority - Medium: Takes too long to cast, damage isn't good. However, you really don't have to aim with this skill, just be in the general area and use it. However, at late levels, this becomes the damage equivalent to Archer's Deadly Shot, if not greater. Definitely worth considering if you want to do intense damage.
Rising Dragon Strike:
PvP Focus Priority - High: Might as well do fairly high damage while gaining Chi for other skills that potentially annoys your enemies to death.
Subsea Strike:
PvP Focus Priority - Very Low: Does good damage and amps opponents, but has the lowest PvP quality of the 2 spark attack skills.
Headhunt:
PvP Focus Priority - High: Stunning opponents does so many things, I don't even know where to begin.
Power Dash:
PvP Focus Priority - Very High: Do some devastating damage with sheer amounts of criticals. With your high critical hit rate and added damage to it, you have a very good chance to slaughter your opponent with the next few hits with this skill.
Tidal Protection:
PvP Focus Priority - Very High: Nothing is more irritating than being slept, stunned, immobilized, sealed, bled, so on, and so forth. Definitely the best buff against squishies.
Speed Focus Priority - None: Does nothing for speed and Chi.
Inner Harmony:
PvP Focus Priority - Medium: Adds a lot of chi and a little more extra each level. Allows you to spam those chi and spark costing skills more.
Shadow Teleport:
PvP Focus Priority - High: Horrible cooldown, but PvPers can't complain because it stuns those annoying runners to add in that additional fatal blow.0 -
