TW Sched's 6/25-6/27

Nude u dont make any sense. Same thing you say about Tao can be said about TE. we all know attacking Enrage is suicide... and not even fun for some of the factions to lose in less 30 min. Everyone is looking for fun in TW... and gaining a land is part of the fun. Atm the only options are Tao and Radiance and Rad is down to 2 lands... one is bidded by Enrage which leaves 1 land for other factions. Would be at least stupid to fight over that one land when Tao has plenty. Tao = the fun of the moment b:chuckle

We got last week or 2 weeks ago, i dont remember, 3 hours fight with radiance
i rarely got fun like this TW since a month

add a TE, Caesar, belial on that gank, and i guarantee that it will be fun for all 4 factions.

qq and me talking w/ MSE the other day about our fight; now you guys are actually going to use your FIRST bit of strategy and build towers on B path. Honestly if it had been up to me...if I saw TE/Belial etc. bid on Enrage I would have probably tried to get in on that cuz I'm sorry but as good as Enrage is.....there's no way they could defend 3 out of the other top 5 guilds at the same time. So unless HT gets its act together we will soon have 1 color on the map. I'm sure many of us are like me who has friends in every major tw guild who all has issues w/ someone in another guild blah blah blah. Can any current or new guild rise up to the challenge of beating Enrage back? Only if we gank or migrate into a guild w/ the many tw vets who are currently spread too thin amongst the major tw guilds atm. The guilds I mentioned before ALL have that potential but everyone has their reasons for being where they are atm so we are stuck w/ the lackluster tws we have now. Hell if wargodz and TE (who BOTH claim they want FUN tws) for example would put their money where their mouth is...they'd wait for Tao tonight for a 1v1 after the other is over. But the chance for an easy victory trumps anything anyone in either guild says so we all know that won't happen. Come on TE. Many of you love to troll here. You CAN'T say you want fun tws win or lose when last week we had to pull ppl out to deal w/ the other 2 tws and then you pushed us back. You want fun? Then unleash that wizzy power on us one vs one and see how you do. Yes you had "fun" winning but you guys are smarter then that and I'm willing to bet you would have all had more fun if the fight had gone an hour+ as it would have if not for a sun night gank for us on a holidayb:cry

But if I'm gonna lose; I don't wanna hear the ppl I lose to say they LOVE to tw for fun...hell then if that's the case let's go in w/ even numbers and go have a blast killing each other repeatedly. This game sux for most of us until tw comes around and we spend all week talking about it. Why not go out and see how many x we can kill each other over and over and over rather then looking for that quick easy gank victory. Sorry but this doesn't apply to Enrage w/ those huge fat tw checks and lack of tws you guys have been getting.

Enrage is just like how Tao had power back then. Tao was the number 1 TW faction. Remember Tao having huge apps lines and waits? Enrage is probably, if not is, like that now.

Its the curse of being the top faction.

No one challenged Tao, everyone else bidded on Enrage, Rad or Caesar at the time. It took drama, for lack of a better word, to take Tao down. If anything, people are expecting Enrage to get stricken with drama too.

Plus, I think its just more than TW. It seems that less and less of us actually care about the TW scene now.

With all these Hyper EXP/Oracle nubs rushing to 100 and such....they can care less about TW.

I haven't met anyone from the 3rd Gen area, referring back to Sacred's thread, that cares about TW.

Anyone who matters left the game, stop caring about TW, or is in Enrage now the way I see it.

No one will be that determine to build a faction the topple down the top TW faction, they tend to just join them.

"If you can't beat them, join them."

I dont see Rad, Tao, Caesar, Belial, TE, mingling with each other. Most are too attached to their faction, even if it is "falling apart" as people like to think. Plus, i think people would quit, or go solo if merging was an alternate.

Its easier said than done, for a merge. I just think Enrage got lucky, in terms of how the game is and what it has become now.

9 months ago Enrage was were Tao is now or even worse. And no1 was ganking Tao they all hit on Enrage. I dont remember to have ever seen posted on forum suggestions to gank Tao during that period. We kept struggling to get better with low paychecks while Tao was getting huge paychecks with no costs coz we usually didnt show to them. No1 said anything back then except the "You didnt show up to us" comments. The wheel is round and it always turns, now its our turn. Who knows what will be in the next 6 months?

Packs changed the game (dont tell me i'm wrong)

Since that you dont need anymore to be skilled to win, but to be skilled and well geared
A lot of Enrage are +12 or nirvanaed

What i dont see in Tao.

Sigh biscuit you have nfi wth you are talking about at times. It was pretty obvious by where you bid on Tao and by actually bidding on us it was personal; not "to have a fun tw" as you claimed. Like I said..you want fun? Reach out to YOUR friend jes and ask to go in 1 v 1 w/ us and have some fun...hell I'd love to go in there w/ you guys and leave the cats in base and have some fun for a while but ppl have gotten too butthurt on both sides now...so meh we know it ain't gonna happenb:cry. Idk about you all but I love facing friends in tw and I consider a lot of you guys in Wargodz "friends." I've been on record as to say in THEORY your guild sounds great but I have my personal reservations if it will ever succeed. Too many damn egos on this server and my god the bs I've heard from ppl saying blah blah I wouldn't join them cuz blah blah is there. If you can overcome that your guild will succeed. If not it won't. That's just my opinion.

Do I make the bids? Am I an officer? Nope all I do is lead tws and I came on to see we had bid on TE and vice versa. I told several ppl though on vent that if TE had bid upon Enrage I would have loved to have bid upon them as well. TE fights may be fun etc. but Enrage is the greater threat and to many guilds want those 10-15 min tws vs Tao then the 5 min ones they'd get vs Enrage (I'm looking at you Belial, Caesar, Wargodz, and until recently TE).

I cannot understand this complaining about time slot. Every faction officer has the choice to admit anyone they want and deny anyone they want. Any Director or Leader can kick someone who doesn't attend TWs because they cannot do certain times. If factions want to be serious about winning TW they should consider harsher action to actually achieve victory.

I have no idea why TheEmpire would want City of the Lost it is worthless. Teleport is pointlessly cheap. No apothecary. No refine increase. Just 20 mill instead of 10 mill and difficult to defend when the strongest faction in the server is on its northern border.

I really do not understand why so many still underestimate Enrage's ability. We just won against Tao and Radiance at the same time along with 1 super easy battle. Some would say even in Enrage that we preformed miraculously. I would say we were well under our average in ability to defend those lands. There were tons of mistakes we made and they are not hard to improve on. It is much more likely that Enrage would defend successfully against Radiance/Tao/Belail than Tao defending against TheEmpire/WAR GODZ/Prosapia tonight.

You know talking to other faction leaders about ganging up on another faction doesn't really help you out at all. It makes all the other factions that exist go after you because they know you will do anything get an advantage so you can go win. Plus it never makes you military stronger it weakens it. It is one of the main reasons I believe Tao's military started stagnating and eventually weakening after they took 1k streams long ago. Just like your muscles in reality its never strengthened until it is challenged. Winning against 160+ people makes your faction military stronger

The time of the battle is not really relevant to me. I care about being part of a team that tries their hardest to achieve victory. Winning and losing does not matter.

I took a 1.7mill pay cut to join Enrage. I have not complained about lack of TW. I am happy with what is provided being large or small because I enjoy a great many aspects of the game. Those who do complain about not having enough TW are impossible to satisfy. Some would not even be happy with a 3 hour battle every day. This game is not designed to satisfy the PvP urge of many that play.

Tao's demise was more to do with complacency rather than any sort of drama. When you know your at the top and you do not see any possibility of improvement you turn into a dinosaur until something new kills you off. Drama will not break Enrage. Stopping avenues to allow discussion can do it though.

No way I could say it better. This is the reason I have been telling so many since I was new in Enrage about 5 months ago why I think Enrage has the largest probability to be the first on the server to get the entire map. I do not believe that the server will grow a large enough population of players that are willing to attempt to defeat the strongest faction in the server. At around the turn of the year December 2009-Janruary 2010 an enormous rush of the oldest players went into Enrage. Ever since that time there were many conflicting personalities of the battles of the past year and a half in the server. But we had a uniting thing for almost all of us. We have been here since the server opened and went through all the history PWI has had.

I know you were not in Tao in September 2009 because I was in Tao at the time. Tao and Caesar got much stronger while Enrage and Radiance stagnated with dinosaur equipment technology. There is no connection to packs and Enrage strength. Only that they gave Radiance and Tao weakness today along with Hyper EXP stones as stated in Knownase's post. Much more rarely can someone get become good at playing a game when their credit card equals gear and experience.

I do believe that no one could have said that any better wall.Ive been playing since the end of 08 had a few different toons b4 i made my barb.Ive seen the same things you guys have seen and i know the frustration that is involved with these noobs hypering thier way to 90 and thinking they know their toons. I have a lot of respect for enrage for 1 big reason.Alot of thier members talk alot of **** but THEY CAN BACK IT UP.They can go 1v1 or 3v1 and win every single war.No matter who it is.Alot of people dont like them for one reason or another but no one can deny thier ability to put up one hell of a fight.I dont know if WAR GODZ will ever be as strong or dominating as enrage is now but I can tell you this much, no matter who we fight,how many fights we have,or what time the fights are, if im on Im fighting and if im fighting im giving it my all.I will do everything i can to survive and destroy whats in my way. and i hope that one day WAR GODZ can give enrage the fight they long for and so aptly deserve. Tao I will see you on the battle field tonight and win or lose i will have fun. Good luck tao.

A connection I can make is that the release of the game /\l0n and Anniversary packs almost completely obliterated Enrage last fall. If they did not come out they probably would not have hit as low of a low point that they did last fall. If all the packs didn't come out and Hyper EXP stones did not come out Enrage would be even more dominating today. Half the people in Tao right now would be around Lv: 80. So all I can say is that the packs evened out the gear across the board.
