I cant find the Paysafecard way

Sry for bad english, but i have a big problem. I try to buy ZEN for the first time, but there is no way to use paysafecard! Just Wallie-Card and the bank things. No Paysafe, no mobile ...

    i just had a problem w/ chargin zen from a pwe prepaid card and am still waiting for them to answer my ticketsb:cry i am devestated b:sad how long does it take to fix that and get back to meb:surrender

    You had sent five service tickets in less than a 24 hour period. This is why you have yet to receive a response because each new ticket resets you at the back of the line for assistance. Your additional tickets have been closed and we will be replying to the original ticket to assist you. Prepaid card issues do take some time to resolve so we will need your patience as we go through the troubleshoot process and then get your issue resolved.
