    The thing about this is really the "lore;" I've known that PWI (or any pretty much MMO) hasn't been strict to in-game story, but with every item that a bit off, illogical or not possible in their world, there's some sort of weak connection/excuse, and we buy it for the most part because it's supposed to be light-hearted, random and fun.

    But with this, it's just too strange; couldn't they just call it General Summer's Lighter?

    funny that the FDA control of the tobacco industry took effect the same day lighter shops are released. I wonder how much the tobacco companies paid PWI to include this "random" new shop option in the game.
