The Best Aoe Grind Class?

I have my bet on Blademaster's and Assassins.

Blademaster
I think they are great because they can stun for a long time, which can save money on repair bills. They also have a huge amount of Aoes, including heavens flame. And we all know that heavens flame is overpowered. They also have Alter marrow physical, i don't know if "damage" increases repair bill, but if it did, marrow would save lots of cash. Lastly, they have Sacrificial Strike weapons, so a heavens flame + zerk crit Bramble rage is OP enough.

Assassins
Damn, these cash shoppers are crazy... jk. But i think they are great because, They can never die... *They need to be nefred*. They can't die because of the 20% HP thing, and their best PvE skill, Bloodpaint. Gosh, since they have loads of chi from their chi spells and genie chi, they can Triple Spark all they want. When they have Chill of Deep, Jones Blessing, and a high refined weapon, for sure they are great. Triple Spark + Tangling mire = Overpowered Damage. And Overpowered Damage hitting 10+ mobs at a time with Bloodpaint on obviously heals way to much HP.


I wonder what your opinions are...

    Blademaster. The video above me is nice, but a BM is way more effective at that, with less charm ticks etc. Trust me, I'm an archer.

    you are doing it wrong.

    get yourself expel or even tree of protection, note that the archer in the video is doing it buffless and charmless.

    To answer the OP, it depends on which stage of the game. For end game, it is venos, archers, wizards, bm. Cleric's limit is the spider while grinding in OHT is definitely more profitable(not sure about how a cleric would do in OHT but heard someone said its doable with a cleric too). Sadly i have no knowledge of barb and psychic's aoe grind. I hve seen sins aoe grind in PQ, so i think they can do it too later on.

    Almost forgot about Barbs: I once saw a video where one barb (Templar) AOE grinded in the same spot as the archer in the video I posted.

    The best AOE...

    Sure the A-Team b:laughb :chuckle

    The best system to make AOE is 1 party with DD CL and Tanker.

    Psychic have sleep 80% AOE ranged and decrease attack rate AOE
    Assassins have critical AOE and increase damage AOE
    Archer have continue AOE and decrease attack rate AOE
    Wizard have increase damage and continuative AOE
    Venomancer have Hercules (dont need repair of gear with pet and reflet skill into tanker) and AOE with phy def/mag def = 0 or AOE with decrease of defence + AOE with silence b:quiet (but this class dont is DD).

    a herc veno is able to lure mobs (or a pet with reflect), then aoe with kiting ... can be done pretty well if your good at kiting lol.

    bm is top hands down at aoe grinding, there simply is no other class that can even come close with marrows for def and heavens flame for dmg increase. never seen any class but bm solo grind 1.5 mil xp in an hour with just xp scroll, let me know if you have seen any other class do better then that

    lol thats why i said bm wins hands down at aoe grind. the archer did in 15 minutes (with hypers) what takes me an hour with xp scroll and +2 tt90 green axes

    yea i agree lol. posted the link there for comparison purposes. makes me wonder why are all those bm still do frost runs. solo aoe grinding gives so much more gold, and somewhat acceptable exp if its 1.5mil exp in 1 hour.

    BM's are far the best aoeing class ever.

    Barbs are next on the list.Barbs are a totally different aoe grind playing field.The key to success in aoe grind with barb is to get hit and using the skill that gives chi everytime u get hit.Also using skills that dont do dmg but jsut aggroing mobs like frighten,roar.Switching to stand up when u have all your mobs and using DoT skill,and the barb knock back skill and his fan like aoe..rinse and repeat..maybe an armageddon in the mix at times.

    Clerics..just grind poison mobs.This requires a good rythum of healing and purify.

    I'm not saying this because it's my class.....but if you've been to the T.Born PQ, then you understand how annoying it is with people always stealing from you.

    Well......For the last few time's i've shown up to it, I've been the tank for the elite part, and final boss. The arggo was kept thanks to double spark + Cala's zerk crits (39k is my newest high with them b:sin).

    (Even the sin's who where there couldn't keep arggo away from me and they tried their damnedest too, double sparks like crazy and they couldn ever pull a single mob off me. Also had a herc/veno combo try to pull them off me (I pissed her/him off by becoming the full tank of the place with my meger 4k hp) and they failed.)

    What was the point of this thread? Of course it's BM. BM with phy marrow, Bloodpaint buff and concentrate orbs can aoe grind like nobody's business.

    Have you aoe grinded on a Sin? It's a fking pain in the a**. Sure it's doable but you are kitting most of the time... not to mention our low pdef. Bloodpaint doesn't stack up and heal you over time so if most of the mobs are alive after Earthen Rift, you have to either gtfo and kite or get killed.

    actually, about the stuns for a bm, if your going with a cleric, every cleric that i knows prefers if u dont stun them. once stunned, they all stop. then attack, at the same time. the dmg becomes spike dmg instead of constant dmg and u are more likely to die.

    If you look closely the archer is unbuffed and uncharmed. While a BM can AOE grind there easier, they can't do it any faster than that video.

    Barb with a good weapon to grind OHT map 3 is very efficient. Mobs die with 2-3 aoes in my case and you don't need any charm or genie skill. Mana pots and self buffs are all you need.

    I can AOE without them or a fail genie . I can AOE with fan of the flames kiting, or piercing winds + fan of the flames . My barb can AOE, his HP is high. Again, I just got fail genie on me. I barely use it

    that is something you'll appreciate at higher level.

    sure you can aoe grind without the use of genie. but if it helps you to do it more efficiently, why not use it?

    other skills that are helpful in aoe grinds are holy path, cloud eruption, the chi siphon thingy that astrelle used in the video, maybe absolute domain, tangling mire and so on.
    just because you dont use it doesnt mean its fail.
