pwi keeps crashing

today my pwi crashed and got some error screen

ever since that crash i cannot get on pwi again every time i try to log my char i get crash again and again the same error screen

i deleted the game re installed and nothing changed does exact same thing over and over

can any one help me ?

    Please log in with your character. When the loading screen appears, press and hold the W key. When the game loads, your character should be running. The error message will still appear, but continue holding down W until your character has run beyond the spot where your game crashed. Restart the game and you should be able to play as normal. You may need to run the game in windowed mode for this to work. If your character was flying at the time, you will probably need to restart the game and try again after he lands.

    If that doesn't work, go to the Launcher screen, go to Settings, and turn ALL of the Settings to the left, to be OFF and un-check (turn off) all of the graphic settings.

    Select Windowed mode, and choose a default resolution like 800x600, or 1024x768 (or whatever works for you from the list.)

    Then attempt to Start the game, select the character that was giving you the issue (and crashing to the desktop with an error log screen showing up) and see if you can get in game after making those changes.

    I'm actually experiencing some problems too since the latest update. During the update, it crashed...but it took down my browsing capabilities too. Now whenever I open Firefox, or Internet Explorer, it crashes. I even uninstalled PWI, then reinstalled, hoping the update would be in the download, but it wasn't. It may be a problem with my computer, but I didn't have a problem until trying to download the latest update......

    Let me know if anyone else is experiencing this problem please!

    Here are some things that might help you...

    Add the game folder to the exceptions list in your firewall or antivirus software.

    Example: C:\Perfect World Entertainment\Name of Game

    You also might need to temporarily disable your antivirus, MS Security Essentials or Windows Firewall long enough to get into the game, and then turn it back on. Sometimes disabling may not help and you will need to add an exception for the game folder.

    It might be Windows, Windows Firewall, Admin, UAC, network, or antivirus settings that you will need to change so that they aren't blocking or throttling the game.

    You can also try changing your proxy settings for Internet Explorer to have them turned off here: Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings > and then untick all of the proxy settings.

    plz help me my game keeps crashing i got windows 7 ewerytime i choose character and is abaut to log in it crashes helpp pls !

    ive tryed all that you posted but the game crashes ewerytime when i try to log in to world
    ewerything is smooth until i choose character and log in then game crashes
