Highest Crit rate

Out of curiousity, there are many builds out there for arcanes many which end up siding with the - channeling or the increased crit rate (perhaps a mixture of both). I know of a veno that reached 29% crit rate, and I was just wondering if someone out there surpassed that. I would really like to know =P, and that's 29% with passive buffs but not the other buffs (genie/candy/pills).

    The best that I can come up with is 25% atm lol

    I think I saw a pic of a archer or sin with 35% crit rate somewhere around the forum.
    p.s barbarian demon sunder gives 100% crit for 5 sec.

    The topic is about Arcanes, not overall highest crit.

    And besides, Archers can go beyond 40% constant, over 50% with ST and Stunning.

    but remember, veno's need -chan too, so not all our gears will be focused on crit :)

    wiz with full tt99/tt100 wep gets 20% afaik(no crit stone), so up to ~26-8 i think is possible with cape/shard/neck/belt/nirv/tome

    for weapon its actually a display error, those shards add 1% each and i couldnt find that nirvana chest
    then you add demon passives, venos/wiz get crits anyway
    i would replace that neck with a cube neck

    some players already have that kind of gear and better...
    note that refines/armor shards dont increase your crit rate

    i got a 32% crit rate without the use of any skills to upgrade it.
    getting another 1% if i get my next ring :) might lose some if i get my new tome QQ

    bms have a skill that gives us +25% crit rate.

    My priest has 18% crit and -36 channeling. I could get more crit or more channeling, but I prefer the mix and the p.def that goes with it.

    10k mag atk and 150 free points --- could mean an additional 8 crit --->34 crit as robe ---

    not sure if it would make sense tbh u loose 4k mag atk for archer crit rate

    Not quite the case.

    At my highest crit I had:

    Sinrabansho w 2 primevils (+6)
    event boots (+2)
    Nirvana legs (+0)
    Nirvana chest (+1)
    event helm (+0)
    2 lunar rings (+6)
    Warsong belt (+1)
    Cube neck (can't remember if this adds crit for certain but pretty sure it does +1)
    event cape (+0 as I went for the pdef one)
    Love up + down tome (+1)
    Crit Arrow (+1 but doesn't really count)
    Added 2 or 3 points to dex to get +1 crit from dex with the love up and down tome

    Total crit = 20%

    Nirvana Helm would have added +1 crit, also could have added +1 crit from cape making 22% crit.....demon could get crit from mastery but I'm sage so I don't get this

    The tome shown in the build above would be really nice but I've never seen one of those - not even sure if they are ingame, but i may just have missed it. Even with that and a bit of extra dex I'd be up to max 24% without adding a bunch of dex which is pointless for AA, so I'd say that around 22-23% is the realistic max for an arcane build currently. I may have missed something here, but prolly not far off.

    Oh, and Primevil stones only add +1crit, not +2 - this is an error in pwcalc

    LA veno had -51 channeling and 16% crit before i sold it all

    didnt wizzeled have a good %30+ crit rate? and this was a few months ago before the items got more available

    Hmmmm, well yes, but you're (generally spoken except those who didn't) adding in skill buffs like... demon barb titan's roar gives 10% crit bonus for 1 minute, which isn't permanent. There's a genie skill that gives 2% crit bonus, and if done correctly can be a perma-buff.

    Also LA classes don't count =P.

    So what I've gathered from just one day of this post... No arcane has reached past 29%? (Surely there must be some hiding out there).
