Hi,

I was wondering what piece I should select from her as they are very expensive and there is no way of seeing the stats ahead of time. I'm playing my Veno as a mage type, only putting the minimum strength in.

The pieces she is offering:

Robe of the Tamer
Pants of the Tamer
Seal of the Tamer

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    the rank gear??? thats relatively cheap and well worth it (get all 3 pieces)

    Get only the top. You'll get the blue-green pants for free after killing Qingzi (which is, in my opinion, better than the rank legs) and the belt is pretty much useless (just get a decent p.def belt instead).

    100k was the list price...not cheap to my poor fair lady. I'm the one you see running around picking up the loose change everyone leaves behind. Covers my teleport fees and nasty mana habit I've acquired, know any good rehab centers, :) Only into my second week here and want to make sure I'm going to like it here well enough before I put any realy money into my toon. I did manage to stumble on the antelopes and their hay drops, but to sit there and farm them all day long as tempting as it is gets old fast.

    It only costs 10k, not 100k.

    here s a point,... dont teleport to expensive places,... only the 200 ones, (and later on the 1k ones), dont use the 3k ones n such,...

    My apologies...I stand corrected. That's what I get for not wearing my glasses while playing. One of these days that's going to really cost me and then I'll wear them all the time.

    Thanks again for the helpful tips. Sure makes life in game a whole lot better having people willing to take a few minutes out to help a greenhorn.

    Any pointers regarding mounts and wings. I'm wearing boots out faster than I can purchase them.

    If you're level 30 (and you must be if you could by the rank 1 gear) there's a quest waiting for you to get your initial aerogear. Go see the Archosaur Elder to start it. It only costs 5 DQ31 items (forget which ones.)

    If you can't afford the rank gear, then you certainly can't afford a mount or a boutique aerogear.

    I just hit level 31, almost done with my 29 cultivation quest line, :). I'm starting to get better at earning money now. Making about 100k a day putting the misc. loot on the auction house.

    I can't believe how quest intensive this world is. I've actually exceeded my limit a few times running around accepting everything. My acking feet thank you for the aerogear advice. Good thing for the tracker or I might not ever finish one the way I keep getting side tracked.
