My Perfect world is not connecting to internet

help me plz i disabled my firewall i try to manuel update my game but nothin is workin also i tryed redownloading it nd reinstalling it all it says is upate server connection failed plz try another server idk what to do lol

    try updating your IE's Lan Settings worked for me after a good 5 hours of trying to figure it out T_T

    Tools> Internet Options> Connections> LAN Settings> and untick all proxy settings

    it still doesn't work for me ...
    1.i don't use IE
    2.my proxy settings were not on in the first place
    3.IT STILL DOESN'T WORKb:cry

    Install IE 8, even if it isn't your default browser.

    It might be Windows, Windows Firewall, Admin, UAC, network, or antivirus settings that you will need to change so that they aren't blocking or throttling the game.

    Add the game folder to the exceptions list in your firewall or antivirus software. You may need to temporarily disable your antivirus, MS Security Essentials or Windows Firewall long enough to get into the game, and then turn it back on.

    You can try changing your proxy settings for Internet Explorer to have them turned off here: Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings > and then untick all of the proxy settings.
