Cannot login,please help

Hi Everyone
I played this for the first time last night and all was fine,enjoyed it very much,exited properly,looking forward to playing again but i cannot login,it says account name or password incorrect!! I am sure I used e-mail as account name but it won't let me put all of the address in,please any help greatly appreciated. I have contacted support but how long does it take them to answer.

    You may have used a slightly different name from your email address, as your account login (to the game and website) is different from your email because there is a character limit for the account login.

    Contact Customer Support so that they can help you.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    does anyone know why i cant connect to server?? i got the patch 350 but still cant.. when i click the switch server i see server list but no speed .. help me plz
