Constantly being DC'd

I have tried rebooting system and everything but I have been DC'd from Raging Tide 6 times, and 1 time in the Archosaur server, I have even turned on the program that is supposed to help with the lag, and I still get DC'd. Is there some server problems?

    servers are all up and running fine as far as i can tell. have you rebooted your router/modem recently? if not might be worth doing - to clear the tubes as it were?

    Yes rebooting everything was my first actions, always do it first when I get DC'd from games. I know Raging Tides Connection said High, but Archosaur was Normal. I can only stay on 5-10 minutes at a time. So my training scroll is being wasted...

    raise a ticket. pwi MAY be able to refund you a scroll if you explain the situation

    they may also be able to offer other solutions to your DC issues

    I've experienced this problem before and it's not caused by my network or isp since any other online game I play would work fine.

    But for some reason, turning the game settings from highest to dead low would fix the problem and I am able to play the game without disconnecting. Strange.b:puzzled
