PK problem

i got PKed for the first time, and when i was grinding, my attacks went from 700-900 damage to 300-500 damage... im very confused and how do I get my attacks high again

    I know you figured it out already, but might I ask what happened?
    The only sin to go from 1 to 102 completely nude b:cool
