Nirvana weapon question.

So I used 150 raptures and got my G15 Nirvana axe today. I got lucky and it came out with 2 sockets but with crappy stats.
Now, I don't have any raptures at the moment to reroll stats but I do have all the orbs to refine as well as socket gems into the weapon. I really need to know if I will lose my refine levels and socket numbers if I reroll the axe's stats down the line. Don't want to reroll stats and lose those 2 sockets and refinement levels!

Umm.. Reforge is the process of rerolling just in case someone wants to know.

    nah, if it did reset sockets, people would just keep rerolling till they get 2nd socket or soemthing, would make no sense

    yea it makes sense that you would keep sockets.

    Anyone who's sure and can confirm? Both refine and sockets.

    If you are just re-rolling the stats (7 raptures), it does just that...re-rolls the stats.

    Yep, you will keep your sockets/gems and refines each time you use the 7 rapture reroll.

    A person told me that you can't get advanced sac. assault. Is there any truth to that? Anyone seen any nirvana with adv. sac. assault? I've only seen a few regular sacrificial assault mods on N. axes.

    It is possible to get advanced beserk (its called god of something on pwdatabse), the main thing is the advanced ability has a very small chance of being placed on the weapon compared to the normal one (so out of the 4 options it has by far the lowest chance of being on the weapon)

    It is attainable if you put enough raptures into rerolling it, most people stop at zerk because they dont wish to pay 14-21 mill (or 4hrs farming maybe more if multiple people want raptures) to reroll a weapon if it has decent stats, plus you will have squadmates wanting to recast their weapon now you have one thats good enough for the moment etc.

    Basically leading to a bottleneck on raptures atm, given a few more months though and whole squads will have double recast weapons and just farm raptures for rerolling to try for the better abilities which is when you will start to see more advanced zerk axes.

    slighty unreleated but do you need a certain blacksmith level to reroll?
    and do you need it also to recast?

    Oh, I'm sure they're amazing! They look awsome too...

    I think the chances of getting advanced proc adds are much lower. I don't recall seeing axes with them, but I honestly haven't paid much attention. The only thing I know is those zerk nirvana axes hurt... a lot. Especially with Onslaught. Ouch. lol

    I think god_evil has rerolled his axes ~15+ times and has yet to get adv. zerk, he's got a lot of other good stats though.

    Yep and then when you finally do get the super berserk....the weapon will have all magic adds, you just cant win QQ.

    BM on our server has the advanced zerk proc..from his telling the chances of zerk are insane and close to every 2nd hit.
    So yeah its definetely possible and has the name god of blessing warrior or smth.
    Pretty much fun when you see a BM regularly 1hitting a 10k HP archer.

    Advanced Zerk is called God of Frenzy (unless they changed the name) and has approximately a 5% chance of occurring, however, the way the reroll works is it randomly rerolls 2 of the 3 stats whether it's the primary stat (only place God of Frenzy can occur) or one of the other two stats that are retained is completely random.

    So, say you get

    Sacrificial Strike
    +350 hp
    +19 str

    Your next weapon will retain one of those stats and from what I'm told it seems the retention is about 50%-25%-25% which means the primary stat has less chance to re-roll than the other two stats. If this information is accurate, that means on average, you'll have to roll the weapon 40 times to get God of Frenzy stat. 40x7=280... Good luck =D b:laugh

    ya swordman hit chez for like 43k crit when his axes zerked last time they fought

    If your weapon is bound, or you want to cast it yourself, you must have BS 8
