TT material theft by Bank.

Is there anything that can be done to a TT mat thief?

Long story short, the TT bank left with mats multiple times accross different chars and refuses to compensate for them.


Not once, but now twice by the same guy in a few weeks. and that is out of 2 random TT squads ive done since then.

First he does it on one character. Steals mats and refuses to give them.


The a couple of weeks later i decide to do another random squad TT run.

Another thief... who said he was going to get his alt into the squad for tele.... lo and behold... it was the previous at thief.



Is there anything one can do about this? As it seems apprent he muct do it a lot, out of 2 TT random squads ive had... twice had him in it on different character, twice he has mat stole.

    It has been said by GMs if you make a contract and someone breaks it, they can get in trouble. but in order to do that you need to prove it. such as taking screens of everyone agreeing to who banks and how it will be split, and then that person running off them the matts. as for actually doing this? no one does it, its too hard to document every TT or Nirvana, or BH, so i wish you luck and Bank yourself next time.

    You can use the built in 'random loot' distribution? That will cause more screaming, of course.

    But no, you gave the guy the mats, the game can't force him to give them back.
    Why the <BUNNIES!> did you squad with him a second time? Are you completely <CARROTS!> or something?

    i dont think that there are much you can do... maybe wc his name etc
    personally i would love a pm with his names to add them in my blacklist :)

    bunnies+carrots are sensored words, right? xD

    i think that the second time it was an alt and only in the end the char they knew as a mat thief joined the squad

    I know naming and shaming isnt allowed in the forums, but OP, could you please tell me if the person's name was in all capital letters and if he was a barb? ty :)

    2 different TTruns he used 2 different chars. I did not know it was him the second time until after he got his alt back into the squad.


    And yes its not documented sadly, least not by me. thats a bif chunk of cash down the drain, twice. And not only me. He is sawnning around now in full legnedary with flawless HP shards and brand new fists.... i wonder how he makes that money.....





    edit: He was a barb, but not in all capitals.

    red mats? One was a ~2 mill gold mat which he has had no problem telling me he has sold it....

    I have only ever done 2 randoms, and this happened.... and this is over a 3 week span. I do TT with friends or faction but sometimes you see a WC and just take it... be it FB etc, just for fun. Hence I ended up doing 2 random runs.

    Do the banking yourself then. What is so hard about getting about 3-4 mil and upgrade your inventory to full?

    actually, if u had the foresight to upgrade b4 gold went to blarg it was only about 1-1.5mil

    Its not that, it was his squad so he was bank already. If it was my squad i would bank. Dont ned to upgrade to do any of that either.




    To those asking his name, I told him that if i dont see my money by the end of the day, his name will be passed around. Its already been a week so I think days end is not too hard to ask for, when i know he has the cash. He agreed to the terms, but if he does not give me the money, you can happily have the names of his chars.

    Remember never to squad with him again, use a few teles to announce that he's a mat theif so others wont squad with him.

    Doesn't work too well. On Sanct there is one veno that managed to get her whole TT set by stealing the mats. I remember seeing plenty of teles about her, but she always got a squad when she wanted.

    Insists on banking yourself then. And also, if you have a good reputation, most people won't mind letting you bank.

    If this behavior can be proven as "scamming", then the player is subject to disciplinary action. Please submit a ticket and allow out CS team to investigate.
