this is what i want in the background

Ok now the details: i want the blue one in the background and my charr a little in vizible but not very much and i wanted a cool glacial EYE with the pupil on that thudner but the image with teh EYE is too big i tryed and it deosnt work i mean i has too much KB so i think that is all
and of course some thigns from You try to make it awesome and put some things from you pls

All you have to do is

1. Download Picture {right click copy image link}
2. go to the area to put the signature(http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/profile.php?do=updatesignature)
3. go down and at browse and click and look for the pic
{press cntl+v at the area of link}
