Faction name

Tried searching and couldn't find anything... does anyone know how to change a faction name? The last faction my friend was in changed its name three times without reforming, so I know there must be a way, but I can't figure out how. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    -non english words included
    -non appropriate words included
    -non appropriate innuendo included

    faction names cannot.. i repeat CANNOT be changed in Game. You might raise a ticket to have it done.. but i don't know what sort of response you will get..
