I Can't Log In The Game!!!!! Help! Please!

I was playing the game normally and in the middle of a quest when suddenly I got a window says I got booted and each time I try to log in it says "Incorrect username or password" and I'm sure they are right because I logged in the form normally. please someone help me I don't know whats going on!! b:shocked

    Restart your computer and networking gear.

    Try running verify on the game launcher screen.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    well first thank you for responding.
    second i tried to restart and turning the pc off then on.
    and about the net gear im using wirless and i'm getting my internet from my uncle's wirless gear so should i restart the main gear or the one on my computer ?

    Also...

    It might be Windows, Windows Firewall, Admin, UAC or antivirus settings that you will need to change so that they aren't blocking or throttling the game.

    You may need to temporarily disable your antivirus, MS Security Essentials or Windows Firewall long enough to get into the game, and then turn it back on.

    Please Search our Knowledge Base for the terms mentioned above.

    If you still need additional help, please tell us what you tried and what errors you got.

    ok i turned the firewall off and my antivirus too (Avast) and still it says "Incorrect Username Or Password" i will restart the internet gear as soon as my uncle gets home.
    but what if someone **** my account and changed the password then i wouldnt able to log into the forum too right ?! because i think you have same password for forums and game right ?!

    If you later think that maybe you have an account issue, send in a ticket to Customer Support.

    Hello again I tried everything you told me to do. restarting (net gear), verifying, shuting down the firewall and antivirus before opening the game and nothing is working!!! b:cry
    I still can't log in the game but i can log in in the site!! i don't know whats the matter?!?!
