Unable to Login!

Hey, I am currently unable to log in on my account. It says Incorrect account name or password even tho it's the right one because I can login on the site fine! Is it just me having this problem or how do I fix it :) Thanks in advance!

    There could be intermittent internet service or throttling occurring regionally between your computer and our servers. Please restart your PC and networking gear and try again later.

    Also try running Verify on the game launcher screen.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Thanks for the quick post - I tried restarting computer and router etc. I even tried logging in on another computer in my house, no success. Then I tried the Verify thing you said, everything was good. Still cant seem to understand why I ping the server fine and everything but says Incorrect username and password when I try to log in, even got my dad to try on his account and no success. :(

    Are you able to re-log into the website here?

    Try changing your password, wait a minute, and then try logging into the game again.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Yes, I can relog onto the website over and over again, I tried changing the password but it did no good! If I cant get my dad to login his account too it says the same thing! So I dont see how it could of been a password problem. Im just going to try and reinstall PWI and see if that does the trick!

    Send in a ticket to Customer Support.

    I have the same problem pal b:sad ... whre are you from? are you close to chicago? i'm from chicago and it might be a problem around here .. or i don't know! i just cant log in the game!! and plz if reinstalling the game works let me know

    Install didn't work :(, and Im from Ottawa, Ontario. I dont know whats going on! It's really random has to be something on their side. I'm going to send in a ticket!

    i already sent a message to the custemer service and didnt get anything yet .. i think its some sort of server upgrade or some stuff

    I just got an email from them. They told me I am suspended for something, I didn't even do anything. They wouldn't tell me a reason, this is bull. Or even tell me how long of a suspension it was. Im going to complaint about this forever until they tell what i supposably did and unsuspend me asap. This is ridiculous.
