account activation issues

Okay, 4 of my friends tried to register Perfect World and all of them got the same message saying the account couldn't be activated. they can't log in, it says that their username or password was wrong, they can't reregister, the registration forms say the usernames and emails they used are taken, and they can't ask for their passwords or usernames through those forms, because they say that that email is not registered on this site. what gives? is the activation system broken?

    nevermind, after doing some research, I figured out the problem.
    unfortunately, 3 of my friends no longer care to play, since they can't register with FireFox...

    The registration system should work just fine through Firefox; are they using the most recent version of the browser, and did they clear their cache and cookies?
