I cant update at all and Perfect world wont let me verify says update AND all servers are down is there a way to fix this? I restarted my cpu, changed the patch like it was saying and nothing... b:cryb:cryb:cry

    Please be patient. The forums are not a chat room, and we are not on them every single minute of every single day.

    That being said, could you please provide us with a trace route from your computer to our servers?

    1) In XP, click on Start > click on Run (In Vista/7, click on the Windows icon/Start > click on Search) > type in "cmd"
    2) On this screen type in (exactly as it is typed here): tracert pwieast1.perfectworld.com (You can use any of the IP addresses to our servers that are listed below. Try several.)
    Please note there is a space between "tracert" and "pwieast1.perfectworld.com"
    3) Wait for the traceroute to complete.
    4) Right Click on the window
    5) Select the "Select all" option
    6) Hit "Enter"
    7) You will now be able to paste the text into your reply.
    8) Include in your post what Internet Service Provider you are using and what part of the world you are trying to connect from.

    Again, PLEASE be patient. Posting in a completely different thread asking me to look at your thread is against the forum rules. If you continue doing things like that you will probably have your forum privileges suspended or revoked.

    Now, judging from your traceroute, there's clearly something blocking the connection at the source, likely a firewall that's preventing you from making any sort of connect with our game servers. If you're using Windows Vista or 7, this might also be due to using a limited user account or having the User Account Control settings up too high. These are all things you will need to investigate and look into to see what might be preventing you from connecting.

    I looked at Install Notepad and one of them says install files broken please redownload the install files and then was told to go and redo a FRESH dowload file from the website so 6% now... *sigh* and it didnt work when turned off firewall and the exceptions has Perfect world International checked for accepted well i hope it works...
