Earthquake Drum Fragment.

I did a TT 1-2 earlier, and got the quest item Earthquake Drum Fragments. I looked it up on the database and got everything I need to the quest. But when I went to check with Wang the Glutton, he said that I needed the Earthquake Drum Fragments to start the quest. Do I need to do something else to start the quest? Or do I need to be a certain level? Or what? I just need to know how to start the quest. Anybody know? Thanks in advance.
