Unable to Update and How to Start

I can't seem to update the new patch just stops. Tried both patches 1 & 2 still same. Tech support FAQ asks to send a Ticket and that will probably take 3/4 days. If this is a common occurance anyway it can be resolved.

Also until it is resolved how do I connect to the game anyways and update the patch later.

    Have you tried manual patching? Here's the link http://pwi.perfectworld.com/download

    You just save the downloaded patches somewhere, then open Launcher. Click manual patch and find the patches you saved. It'll update (and faster )

    Thx Asmodiel, manually downloaded the 'NEW Incremental Patch 337-340' worked. b:pleased
