Update server connection failure?

I too am having this problem. I can't update anything from PWE, not just PWI, if that information is of any use.

I had that once, your just not online.

If you are then I don't know the problem. *shruggs*

It might be Windows, Windows Firewall, Admin, UAC or antivirus settings that you will need to change so that they aren't blocking or throttling the game.

You may need to temporarily disable your antivirus, MS Security Essentials or Windows Firewall long enough to get into the game, and then turn it back on.
