Am I doing wrong?

I read those guides around here and decided to go full-dex builld. So I hit lvl 20 and started questing in Archosaur. Now I can read "HP is running low" after each mob. So I thought...I am a close combat class with low HP.

What do you think? Am I doing something wrong on playstyle? I really should add some points in VIT?

Hope for some answers b:laugh

Well my friend, at the point you get to Arch, you don't have Blood Paint yet. what i recomend is keep the Pure Dext, but make sure to have some Life Powder on hand while youre waiting to get Blood Paint. b:cute Trust me, the more damage you do, the more Blood Paint will keep you alive and away from pots. b:pleased Pluse if the mob is hard you also got your Genie to heal or Spark to amp your attack thus adding to your Blood paint.

Getting bloodpaint isn't the end of all your problems either. It's only 2% lifesteal and until you get extremely high interval and damage, it doesn't heal you enough to offset the damage you take. In the low levels, mobs are hitting you for 200-300 and bloodpaint heals you for 10-20 per hit. It reduces the amount of potions you need slightly but you will still need to use a lot.

Low level sins are one of the hardest classes to level. They're the only squishy melee. All the other classes can either attack from afar or can actually tank the mobs they fight. You need a lot of potions and I mean A LOT. If you're poor, then you need to spend a lot of time farming nectar and golden herbs to make life powders. Even with those, you still need some pots.

It's still damn useful in the lowbie levels, you just have to be more strategic about it.

IE: tackling slash mob and walk inside and spark auto attack to gain back health

Well, I have been doing 3 dex and 2 vit. and the vit increases my hp so i son't use life powder. I think my way is great becuase you can get HP and your range etc. up at the same time.

Plus, newbies can't just find life powders.Once and awhile do some str.
