barb lvl 80 hit 50k+. is it posible?

i pked today near west archsour gate. and just a barb level 80(i saw hes player info)
come and hit on me some 10k...
i talked to him and sayed he ****, he say than i am idiot and he hit 5k-10k on people and 50-60k on mobs.. and 50k its normal..
he use the legend wep for lvl 70(calamity axes blood)
i just think its a hacker! or how he damage so much??

    No way close to a ****. Armageddon (I believe damage is based on his hp, atk, etc) + double damage + crit would easily let him hit that much provided hes extremely lucky to get it to proc at that very instant.

    Sacrificial Strike doubles all damage AND stacks with Criticals, giving them up to 4 times their normal damage.
    No way close to a ****. Armageddon (I believe damage is based on his hp, atk, etc) + double damage + crit would easily let him hit that much provided hes extremely lucky to get it to proc at that very instant.

    Well, considering that Zerkcritting gives you 4x the damage and Arma uses 50% of all life and mana and adds 4 damage each at most, you'd be looking at the following numbers for 50,000, at least:

    (a*0.5*4 + 4000)*4 = 50000
    2a + 4000 = 125000
    2a = 8500
    a= 4250

    So if a barb zerkcrits and has at least 4,000 life, they'd be able to pull off that 50,000 damage with Arma. Now, with just zerking alone, that number doubles to 8500, which is plausible.

    ofcourse spark + crit.. i can damage some 40k too.. but he told me he hit 50k no spark no crits..

    and rly he came to me.. NO SPELLS . no crit. no spark. just 1 atk with axe.. hit on me 10k...

    i have 1500 phy def.. i am lvl 72.. huh
    and i fought some people before.. fought lvls 90+
    they kill me easy or 1 hit but they hit on me WITH SPELLS max 3k...

    Ok what were the refines on his axe?

    Did he use any genie skills? Extreme poison + Frenzy? before he attacked? These wouldnt show up as "spells".

    Well... some people like to bluff about their damage and say that it's not a sac strike or crit to make themselves look "pro" even though it probably was a crit + sac strike.

    Did u have a look at his gear? and what kind of refines?

    Could have possibly used a genie skill too like Tangling Mire, Thunderstorm or True Emptiness which can do large amounts of damage.

    Well, I've seen it a lot with games with damages; when asked about damage, people tend to list their maximum out of laziness or bragging rights. Instead, for correctness, they should list average damage or minimum damage, since the maximum damage is highly unlikely, whereas average is the average and the minimum is the minimum.

    your a psy right? wouldnt soul of retaliation make the barb kill himself on a armageddon as well? that **** him off something proper.
    I know a long time ago in duel i used bramble guard and a barb killed himself with arma lol

    Zerk crit arma from an 8x barb with decent gears is certainly possible. I hit a level 90 psy for 5.5k noncrit at level 78 with zerk arma and extreme poison.
