Noob question I'm sure but I'm new to the game. I'm a ranger and I can't shoot frost arrow because I don't have enough Chi. How do i get it??

Chi is gained by using attacks and spells that don't require it. So regular shots, or spells other than frost arrow, will slowly fill your chi bar with each hit.

First of all, you have to finish Cultivation Quest to have ability to gain chi from attacks.

Yeah - you have to do one of your very early cultivations for it. You don't get access to any of the chi-using attacks until then though, anyway.

The lvl 9 cultivation grants you the ability to have chi. 29 then gets you a spark. 59 is two sparks. 89 is three sparks.

Ahh forgot that that lvl 9 quest counts as cultivation.... all the guides say that the 'first' one is at 19.

I think the OP has already done the cultivation, because they said that they tried to use frost arrow, which uses Chi. If I am not mistaken you cannot get frost arrow till you have done the cultivation?

In order to get chi, just attack mobs with normal arrows or non-chi gaining skills and your yellow chi bar should fill up. Once you have enough chi, then try using frost arrow again.

    lvl 9 adept for chi

Didn't think your capable of more then one spark. Does that mean there are different lvl spark moves useing 1 spark, 2 sparks, and 3 sparks? xD I find it funny they are called sparks :D

Yes, there are a bunch of later moves which require more than one spark.
