Problem with the Darkness fashion.

I'm not really sure how to explain this.
When I first bought the dress from the boutique, it turned out to be a blotchy plum-purple color, instead of black and red like the ads. So I saw a veno with the same outfit and asked her if mine looked like hers. She said it looked the same to her, but was nice enough to let me switch dresses with her. Recently, I got the shoes as well, and...they came out being plum-purple colored, too.
If the colors are fixed, then how is it that some people see the dress and shoes as they're supposed to be, but others see them as a weird plum purple or any other color that it shouldn't be? I'll post screenies if it helps later on.

It could be your graphics card. On my brother's computer, his character's pants look black, but on mine, they look green :O
but I guess it's somewhat like the Sundrop set- it's a dark grey set colour, but it could be altered based on the colour that it comes out as. Say, like a green sun top won't be black and orange like the boutique says, but dark green and light green. Maybe the other person that you traded with had a shade instead of a colour for their darkness set? (like white, grey or black ._.)0 -
Its the graphics card, but only few graphics cards (not like the TB face bug which is half the population). Its happened way way back with the X-Mas set (the old one, thats always red) but a few people saw it as whatever the color boxes said it was rather then pure red. This would be the same issue as yours. Whatever commands in the graphics cards that allow a static overwriting color arent compatible with your card. Unfortunately since its a very rare problem, probably with very old cards or onboard video with older technology, so I wouldnt expect a fix.0

I agree with the above. My POS pc shows colours WAY differently than the new, nice pc I use for actual gaming.Katzyn, level 101 Demon Veno

Ok, good. I was just making sure I wasn't getting screwed over by the colors, lol. That explains why some of my squad mates later on saw them as black, but some saw them as plum-pinky-purple. This is a rather old computer, so that does makes sense.0
