yes yes yes, you hear Fuzzy right....


As far as this panda can see, each time Harpy Wraith has been killed on each other server, it has fallen at the hands of a single faction.

Yay for them and every other server.....


However, here on RT, lets try something a little different. (again)

Back when Man & Fuzzy & company were 25 lvl's lower, we tried our hand at Harpy. Can you say lots of dead toons on the field?

So lets try it again.


Our beloved server seems to suck at having a TW on Sundays. So... this week, Fuzzy propose something different. Lets take out Harpy. Factions not matter. Fuzzy propose anyone interested meet in Camp of the Intrepid at 18:00 server time this Sunday on May 30th.

Lets try a bit of friendly faction teamwork this Sunday an work together to achieve what has escaped every other server... a combined no holds barred assault on Harpy!

    Anyway, i'm up for suiciding but we need a decent gear+ hp (like micheal) to tank heal >.>

    17:00 server time, Veritas_ lvl 101 assassin leads Harpy to guards to be killed for a day.

    18:00 server time no one can find harpy

    Well lets just say, Random people running up to harpy and luring it not because they want to will lead to people death and them raging away.

    Personally, The reason why it is done by a guild cos there is more Teamwork and coordination. Harpy wraith AOE is so pain, it can 1 shot Most non barb chars. All we need is one silly dude to lure it to the main group and **** up everything.

    Lets not even begin talking about drops.

    Okay.. it seems there are a couple of TW's on Sunday this weekend. Go figure.

    Fuzzy would like to consider moving this to a different time, perhaps 9:00 server time? Both TW's should be over by then?


    It would be really sweet if people will show up for this and help. It should be alot of fun. Fuzzy will world chat for a while before to try and build some interest among those on the server who don't frequent the forums as well.

    It was mentioned earlier that there could be a problem when it comes to splitting up the drops. This is going to be a bit tricky although Fuzzy thinks it goes without saying the main tank and the main cleric should get something nice. Also Fuzzy was thinking that something good should also go to the leader of the faction that brings along the most people. They can choose to do with it what they see fit. As for the rest, maybe something to discuss when we know what they actually are.

    Fuzzy hopes many people will show so we can take down the Harpy. People talk alot about being bored with their character once they reach end game (personally Fuzzy can't understand why, but anyway) so here is a chance to have some fun. Obviously the higher level's we get to come to the field the better chance we stand. But even if you are 7x and 8x etc, we still going to need plenty of cannon fodder as well! b:laugh

    So come one, come all... lets kick her **** and have us some fun!

    All I'm saying I've known people being contacted by GMs for even mentioning the "Harpy Wraith drawn into guards" thing. Suit yourself fellas and tell GMs to GTFO then, if it comes to that.

    okay, well as expected, that did not go well.

    Not enough people to do it, not enough planning on Fuzzy's part.

    If there is enough interest it is worth trying again. It can't be that hard to get enough people in one place in one time. If anyone does want to try again with a little more planning, let Fuzzy know, me will help 1000%

    I've never freaked about it. I would freak if a GM popped though. It wasn't my intention to scare people, I was only giving an advice not to post things like that because of the possible consequences. It's not up to me after all and I did not implement this rule.
