Uh... It's a cool name for our Lv79 flying speed buff, but I'm pretty sure the name has been taken already, by a much better skill. b:surrender

Anyways I'm currently being too cheap to bother with this skill right now. Anyone who has it, did you consider it worth it? ...Or is it as much of a "wtf" to you guys as it is to me? b:chuckle

    Totally worth the money.

    The speed combined with your wings haste is a ton of fun. ^^
    I've also been able to chase down those pking runners with it.

    The only drawback that's annoying is that it has a 0.5 second cast. It's almost nothing, but still requires you to stop moving to cast.

    Looks like you have to sit still for a full second actually. (0.5 to channel, 0.5 to cast)

    Sorry, i can't help but think these was officially the most worthless 79 skill compared with other class.
    b:surrender Compared with other class 79 skill, psy sutra don't have direct effect to fight.
    (especially ground fight)

    Seriously ? Discipline Genie skill as 79 skill ? b:shocked And only use full when flying . .
    (Traveling,run away, or chasing)
    Good thing is it can be used to other player.
    (which mean the most use full time to use these was at TW i guess)

    Except the Psychic skill lasts three times longer than the genie skill.

    The funny thing about 79 skills is that there is always an amazing and useful one and then there is the joke/fun to use skill. In this case it's the speed buff. Well what I mean is a skill that is very situational I guess, not very helpful for everyday things.

    People will always find a use for a skill though, that is true.

    I only wish they would reduce the cd time to 45 seconds or at least 60 seconds. Starting to regret getting the skill due to the long cd. And having it instant cast would be nice too.
