The Mystical Librarian now gives the correct Sage/Demon Skill Books for Psychics.

Psychic and Assassin Sage/Demon Skill Books now have a level 99 requirement for use, up from level 92.
(The Master of Discord/Master of Harmony Spiritual Cultivation requirement wasn't possible to attain at level 92.

Now correct me if I'm taking this the wrong way....

    I'm pretty sure that just the skills that were mistakenly put in as requiring level 92 are being fixed to the correct 99 level requirement.
    The skills that are supposed to be level 89/92 should stay the same I think.
    Who doesn't love pie!?

    I was finding this funny until i read step 3, because thats actually quite offensive to me since I have ADD
    (yes, i know your all gonna say i need to get some humour, but please, think about it o.o)
