    no herc? GTFO REROLL, nah jk, as prev posts said, who cares what they think, personally i think the armored bear looks pimp as hell anyway not to mention its pretty damn good tanking abilities

    So what are the stats of a level 80 Armored Bear? (level 80 is it's start level >.>)
    There once a time when I cared about getting to the top quickly as possible to help others. Now, I take it slow, and don't worry about having nothing to do. There's always something to do in an MMORPG, especially if you are high level. PK'ing is for those who desire to inflate their egos. True friendship comes from helping one-another, rather than to start rivalries.

    It takes 315300 Mysterious Chips to make one warsoul weapon, if you have a 100% success rate.

    Some barbs can tank in human just fine, usually ones that are over lvl90.

    My veno is more or less the pokemon trainer type, lol. I'll switch pets depending on the situation.

    Yeah, I've got a herc, but I only really use it when I need to tank bosses - that's it's main purpose, yes?

    I've got a shadou cub to accompany me on quests - with or without squads. It's got bash and roar, and it makes for a decent mob tank.

    The kowlin is fragile, but I like how it looks and it can cast a debuff on the enemy to reduce it's magical defense - If I'm not tanking, and there's no aoe, I like using her.

    The rest of my pets (a full pet bag) is mostly for aesthetics because I like cute things. My flying pet is the piggy, while I have the puppy, kitty, frogling, and plumpfish (not so cute, but it works as a good water pet - aside from the lv52 everlasting turtle I had which stayed level 52 until I was, 80 lol).

    But I feel your pain. My venomancer was the first character I rolled since February of last year, and she only just got a herc last month at level 80 (She's also been level 80 for like... 3 months because I'm enjoying just being 80 with her, lol). Most of her bh59's were hercless. I got **** for it, but I was still able to tank those bosses with my toon (very funny story with that too, but I'll tell it another time b:chuckle ).

    if I ever play a veno I'm gonna make that shruckin something mob near tusk town my pet and use it to drain wizzards and clerics mana .. just to **** them off xD

    Whoever makes fun of or gets mad at a veno just for not having an uber expensive (and ugly) pet in a BH deserves to be smacked.

    Glacial walkers can do a pretty good job of holding aggro from what I've seen. Yes, hercs are the best of the best, but we're living in hard times. God forbid we don't spend money on a game if we need it for REAL LIFE things. -__-

    I've done without a herc just fine :3
    thing is, I wanna do FCC and be more helpfull for friends and faction :) I hate it when a friend asks if I can tank some bosses for them, and I can't... and 10 seconds later a lower lvl veno with a herc shows up and she can tank them... really ^^' at that moment I envy them :)
    I soon will have a herc, getting it from a totally awesome friend :3 Thing is. I'll never start laughing when someone will summon their glacial walker, armoured bear, frog, kitty, dog, deathknight or whatever pet they use ^^
    really, I remember veno's laughing at me, when at their fb39 I summoned my lil froggy. b:cute
    they stopped laughing when they saw how my lil frog owned the mobs and bosses ^^

    everyone should use whatever pet is fine for him/her :3 I wont blame anyone for not spending 200 dollar on a game ^^'

    Hercs weren't even always in the game, so people can ****-because it's certainly playable without one. Unless all the PW veterans were just haxxing with invisible hercs all that time. b:avoid

    hercs are fat and take up space because there's no hide pet filter D:<
    At any rate, I like venos with bears more.

    Hey, now I'm curious, and I'd like to hear that story about tanking with your toon. ! I bet others would too!

    And btw, I have a full pet bag, too, no Herc, and no Phoenix as of yet, but maybe at some point (when I can afford it); the Phoenix would be my first choice. I like my pets, and am working on leveling them all up (it just takes time, lol).

    To the OP Veno: I wouldn't worry about what those idiots said about not having a Herc, as it sounds like you're in the game for the same reasons I am....to have FUN! It's not about who can level the fastest, who can do the most kills, who has the most expensive toys, who can.....yada, yada, yada...._____(fill in the blank), at least for me and some others I know. We all came here to have fun, so whatever is the most fun for YOU, you go girl!
