Thoughts on Diamond of Tiger in gear

So there's a archer on DW named Quizenbort who has all Diamond of Tigers in his gear. Well I really like the concept of glass cannons so I've thought about bringing this one step further and combining it with black voodoo. Sage Black Voodoo + 24 DoTs + frenzy + 2 sets of nirvana + school teacher blessing + G15 cube neck could get you to a 90 attack level.

Now I know with this setup anybody could just breathe in your general direction and kill you, but I'm thinking of a more TW scenario, where you can hide in the back and try to nuke people. What do you psychics think?

Works pretty well in tw.. I currently have 42 attack level with school blessing and frenzy I have 70.. You have alot of skills that can help you from being an easy kill while staying in black voodoo, so yeah I having fun with it. 3 vit base and 533 mag with all gears.

Lots of skills? Eh... not really. Once they figure you out, it won't take long to gank you with 0 gear defense and -11 defense level. Assuming they actually know what the heck they're doing.

Stealthy Assassin catches up to you while Psychic Will isn't on. You die. (Rather easy with a 35m teleport that STUNS you at the same time, and you can't have an observation pot on 24/7).

An Archer catches you on the cooldown of Psychic Will, bearing in mind that they out-distance you with their attacks. You die.

A Wizard realizes you're there. You die. (Wizards do have really freaking awesome defenses endgame, they hit like trucks, and they can out-distance you if they try. He'll only need one hit, and it won't have to be a BT.)

SoR would help save you, but only from one hit.

Anyways, with that build you have to expect to die a lot against any skilled opponents. You're gonna be pretty reliant on your team to defend you, and even then it's far from total protection.

I'd say it works best for a few surprise kills. But not as a constant strategy.

While all of these points do have some truth to them, the OP is merely asking whether or not the damage effect of having a full DoT set would be beneficial enough to invest in. I'm sure he's aware, as he states in his post, that this build is ultimately a glass cannon, So he merely wants to know if the Full DoT set will have a big enough impact on Damage output in End-game.

I would have 1 set of p.def/vit/hp gear and another set of atk lvl 1 for the lulz and when you really want to do tons of damage without thinking of dying.

So one day ill work on getting a set of atk lvl gear - but its not a priority.
[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] OH really? What a surprise.
