Problem with tranfering Zen to pwi, leas help

Well um when i was trying to tranfer my zen to perfect world i couldt because when i get to selecting a server it doesnt show me any server? can somone pleas help me? b:cry

    You have to click the Game icon first before u can select server

    Also you need to have a minimum of a lvl 10 character on the server you want to transfer it to.

    I have a lvl 11 character on Raging Tide :S

    Try reloading the page, if that does not work, completely close out of the browser. You might have had a loading error and that is all.
