Chill of the Deep

In case anyone hasn't noticed, they've changed chill of the deep in the last patch so that you can turn it on/off at will. Just recast it while you have chill up and it will turn off. Makes it 2354352413 times better b:pleased

    omg, I did not know that....
    Damn it now I need more spirit to lvl it up.
    75 and I never have any spirit to buy my skills... how depressing.

    Wait till you get lvl 10 stuff for 250k spirit

    Then you won't have any left. (money or spirit)

    ....if your asking if everytime it's cast does your attack level go up 30 levels then....no
