Missing genie

My genie won't appear when I login, take it off, put it back on... here are my DirectX info:

    Make sure that the Effects slider in the UI tab of your in-game system settings menu is turned all the way up.

    Still doesn't work, sadly, I also have the latest drivers and directX, so... don't know what the problem is.

    Seems it suddenly works, though it's really a non-issue for me... since if she still functions, it's all good.
